Digital currency platform Uphold is starting to become a broker-dealer in the U.S. after receiving a registered firm announced JNK Securities, it moved announced Wednesday.
The organization has now filed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for permission of the change of ownership to become a registered broker-dealer.
